Natural History Museum: Dispelling "dusty, musty and fusty" at NHM
The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County was facing dropping attendance, fundraising challenges, and low morale. KBDA was hired to develop a new brand platform to help the organization connect with key audiences. KBDA’s research-based recommendations informed the Museum’s strategic planning processes, and shaped many key initiatives during the Museum’s unprecedented set of renewal projects to transform over 50% of the institution’s public areas.
